How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by adding items to your basket, change quantities while viewing your basket, and then select checkout.
If you prefer not to order online, please e-mail us @ sales@heavenandnatureorganics.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
We do not print invoices as standard, but will email it to you. If you require a printed invoice please request one at the time of placing your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and personal checks.
Orders made by email can also be paid for with a personal check, made payable to Renee Pendergrass and sent to:

Please note that we will wait until payment has cleared before we dispatch your order.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel or amend any order placed with us provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please email us at sales@heavenandnatureorganics.com including your transaction id, name and address and cancellation or amendment instructions. We will confirm ability to cancel or amend your order upon receipt of your instruction.
What is your return policy?
Any non-custom item that is unopened may be returned within 90 days. Washed items may be returned only if defective. Mattresses may not be returned once opened due to health laws unless defective. They arrive sealed with clear plastic and can be inspected BEFORE opening.
