Warranty & Return Policies
Return Policy:
- Any non custom item that is unopened may be returned within 90 days.
- Washed bedding items may be returned only if defective.
Mattress Warranty:
Your crib or baby mattress has been crafted expertly by hand with our exclusive high quality and absolutely pure fibers. We have third party testing to give confidence to your customer that they are indeed pure. Each part of your mattress is covered by a 10 year fixed and 20 year prorated warranty for your peace of mind. Our warranty covers all component parts of your mattress against defects in materials or workmanship. If you feel your mattress is defective please contact us so we can rapidly remedy the situation. We will repair or replace the defective part at our discretion.
NOT COVERED:
• Mold due to customer misuse
• Customer rips, tears or stains
• Mattress has been folded or bent.
Bedding Warranty:
Each baby bedding item has a warranty.
- All items have a warranty against actual defects in first year.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, stains, or normal wear.
- We do warranty our workmanship to include seams splitting, or fabric defects.
