Our puddle pads are made from soft felted wool which is naturally moisture and mite resistant and made only with 100% wool which comes from organically raised sheep in New Zealand. Organic wool is washed during manufacturing to remove dirt, lanolin (natural sheep oil), and other debris through a process called scouring. Because it is not bleached, natural imperfections are common.
