Our puddle pads are made from soft felted wool which is naturally moisture and mite resistant and made only with 100% wool which comes from organically raised sheep in New Zealand. Organic wool is washed during manufacturing to remove dirt, lanolin (natural sheep oil), and other debris through a process called scouring. Because it is not bleached, natural imperfections are common. Easy to spot clean or rinse and hang dry. Heat as with all wool will cause it to shrink.
